March Madness

So the month of March has been a fun and exciting one for our family. Kyle was baptized the first weekend. We are so blessed that all of our children have chosen to get baptized. I look at them everyday and am just amazed at how much they are growing. Many days I will admit I wish they would stop growing and just stay small and sweet. But alas I have no control, and so I will continue to hope that they are growing in the strength of the Lord as well as in stature. I could never have dreamed that I would be blessed with these wonderful children.

Lizzie was given an award for just being a wonderful student and a help to the community at the Tooele City Council meeting it was nice to see her be recognized for doing nice things at school and at home. She really has been a big help since I went back to school and she is an awesome student. Her OCD helps in all that she does. We love her and could not be more proud of what she tries to achieve.

Steven registered for High School. I am not sure how to feel about this, except that I know he is a good young man that the High School (and Steven himself) will recognize that he is a great kid and hopefully a leader. We are thankful for all he does at home.

Robert finished basketball and has started up baseball. Dave likes to keep this athletic child very busy. We are excited to watch him play baseball. He is a sweet boy too. I love watching him with other kids playing sports. He was asked to help a girl in his class that is blind get ready for the a sport competition. He had to wear some funny goggles that made him "blind" so that he could play the game. I am grateful for his kindness and tender heart.

I am so lucky to have four fabulously awesome kids.

The bittersweet moments of motherhood. Your children are sure growing up and it is wonderful to see the tremendous people they are becoming. I love pictures of families from blessings, baptisms, etc like your first one. Thanks for sharing with us.
